What are the general conditions of creapatch.be?

You will find hereunder the general sales, delivery and payment conditions of Creapatch.be, established in Neerijse and registered in the Chamber of Commerce with the number: BE 0550.498.853 .

Following delivery and payment conditions apply on all our iron-on patches and transfers:

General:

When you order at Creapatch.be an iron-on patch or transfer, you agree with these general conditions.

All our iron-ons are delivered from our stock. In the case a certain iron-on is temporarily not available and this is not mentioned on the website, you will be immediately notified via e-mail.

Pricing and delivery:

All prices are in euro, TVA included. Delivery for orders as from 30euro is free of charge. Delivery cost of 3 euro is charged for all orders under 30euro.

Creapatch.be is not accountable for loss and/or damage of orders during shipment.

After the order you will receive a confirmation via e-mail with an overview of your order, the total price, delivery included.

Return shipment:

Creapatch.be does its utmost best to deliver your iron-ons in perfect condition. If despite this the iron-ons don’t live up to your expectations, you have to contact us via e-mail within 14 workdays after receiving your order.

For returns and/or exchanges, following conditions need to apply: You first send an e-mail to info@creapatch.be stating why you want to return/exchange your iron-ons, your name, your address, your bank account number. Then you send the unused iron-ons in their original packaging to Creapatch.be, Grote Puystraat 5, 3040 Neerijse, België. This is done at your charge and responsibility. We will refund via bank transfer the amount of your order (excluding the delivery charges) within 14 workdays after reception of the iron-ons. Creapatch.be reserves the right to refuse returns or to only partially refund the order amount when there is suspicion the iron-on has been used, or when the iron-on was damaged due to usage or when the iron-ons are not returned in their original packaging. If there is a manufacturing error, the iron-on wil be exchanged free of charge.

If you receive a wrong order, Creapatch.be will send you the right order as soon as possible free of charge.

Privacy data:

Personal data are only used by Creapatch.be for enabling payment and delivery transfers of the order. They will not be offered or sold to third parties. At all times, you can correct or delete your personal data by sending a request via e-mail to info@creapatch.be

Responsibility:

The indicated measures of the iron-ons are approximate and can vary by a few millimeters.

Creapatch.be cannot be held responsible for any dammage, fysical, material or immaterial, that are the consequence of faulty functionning or faulty usage of the iron-ons sold by us. Please be careful with hot irons!

Creapatch.be doesn’t accept any responsibility for dammage, fysical, material of immaterial, that is the consequence of our website and/or decisions made based upon information on our website.

Creapatch.be cannot be held responsible for (color) deviations that are the consequence of the fact that colors on a screen can deviate from the colors of the actual iron-ons. This because every screen has different color settings. Creapatch.be tries to describe and represent its iron-ons as realistic and correct as possible.

Despite the excellent quality of the iron-ons, we cannot be held responsible for the quality of the attachment of the iron-ons.
